This is how I measure correctly:
Chest circumference: Run the tape measure horizontally under your armpits and over the fullest part of your chest.
Waist circumference: Measure your waist circumference at the level of your natural waist, i.e. between the highest point of the hip bone and the lower ribcage.
Hip circumference: Place the measuring tape around your hips and measure the circumference at the fullest part of your buttocks.

Shipping costs €4.90 throughout Germany. From a value of 150€ your order is free of charge. We will cover the costs for your return.

Returns from Germany are free of charge. For returns from other EU countries, a flat fee of 5 euros will apply. Returns from the USA are at the customer's expense.

1. Did you pay for your entire order with your gift voucher?
The amount will be credited back to your voucher and will therefore be active again. The voucher code remains the same.

2. Have you combined the gift voucher with another payment method?

We will offset the gift voucher against the items you keep. We will refund the remaining voucher value to the voucher’s credit account. The voucher code remains the same.
If the amount of the items you keep is higher than the voucher value, we will fully credit the gift voucher towards the items you are keeping. The difference will then be offset against the payment method with which you combined the gift voucher.
